The Kentucky Derby Raffle at Harrah’s Casino in Joliet is coming up on Friday, April 26th from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Just a reminder, for every 4-9 tickets you sell you will be entered to win a gift certificate to dinner at Harrah’s steakhouse. Every 10 tickets you will be entered for a drawing to win a free stay at the Harrah’s hotel the night of the Raffle!! That’s one entry per 10 tickets…. 20 tickets? Two entries. 30 tickets? Three!

The Nicor Gas and ComEd residential new construction program will be delivering a half-day training for local home builders on 9/27 at the Gas Technologies Institute in Des Plaines. We are excited to bring Sam Rashkin from the U.S. Department of Energy to keynote the training.

It’s almost time for our 2nd Annual Tour of Homes! The tour will run on the weekends of Saturday/Sunday September 15th/16th and September 22nd/23rd and you can check out all the details at our website sshbatourofhomes.com

To “Kick Off” the Tour, we will be hosting another “Kick Off Party” on Thursday, September 13th at Doc’s Smokehouse in Mokena. The cost is only $35/person for food and drinks and LOTS of networking.
