The "HOME OF THE MONTH" program has been established as an informal agreement between the Sun-Times News Group, 22nd Century Media, Inc. and the SSHBA to help builders generate consumer traffic and interest in new home sales.
Each month, on the third Thursday, the
Southtown/Star reserves the front half page
of the Home Guild Section for our Home of
the Month winner. These winners are chosen
from entries submitted by our builders and
are judged by a committee with established
criteria.
